Hi! I’m Ellen.
I’m a trained scientist, educator, and science communicator. I’ve engaged audiences of various sizes across the state of Michigan and country.
I have a PhD in ecology and forestry from Michigan State University. I am certified as an Interpretive Guide through the National Association of Interpretation. I also consider myself a “fun-gal” and have my Wild-Foraged mushroom certification through the state of Michigan.
I love creating meaningful and memorable experiences to connect people to the latest science and nature research. Let’s connect! I’d love to see how I can help your group create their next engaging learning experience.
